ANNOUNCING DENVERS' FIRST
REALLY REALLY FREE MARKET!
Every second Saturday, starting August 9th 3-8 pm!
At the peoples' commons - (commons' park across 19th from D-park)
The Really Really Free Market is a an opportunity for Artists, Zine-makers, advocates, and community members to come together- take back our public space and show that true abundance in community is possible - share resources, skills, art and ideas all for free.
Respect the park - bring anything you brought with you, clean up any trash you create.
Bring a blanket to put your stuff on!
Accessibility
General Accessibility -
This an entirely outdoors event in a public park. We expect folks to be set up either alongside a sidewalk/ in grass - on what is generally a pretty flat lawn- all paths to and from parking should handicap/wheelchair accessible as well.
Parking -
If possible suggest folks use public transit if they can- as there is limited parking at the location - for those who do drive we suggest you park along 19th or Little Raven St.
Restrooms -
This is an autonomous event so our resources are limited by what the city already provides to people in the park, there are a few porta potties in d-park - as well as an handicap assessable porta-potty in commons park.
Resources -
We will have a supply of water for folks needing any as well as masks and Narcan. We highly suggest any orgs/individuals with the ability to bring any other supplies also do so!
Masks -
Masks are highly suggested and will be provided to anyone who does not have one.
